All nominees should demonstrate integrity, initiative and innovation and be on a fast trajectory to leadership in their field. This award recognises the achievements of our young alumni and celebrates their outstanding talent, accomplishments, and the contributions they have made to the wider Australia-China community. |

This award recognises alumni who have excelled in a wide variety of financial areas, including accounting, investment, banking and financial planning. All nominees should hold senior position and have demonstrated an outstanding record of achievement however they need not necessarily work for a financial institution. |

Nominees can be the owner of, partner in, or investor in an innovative and forward-looking company, or they may have implemented successful entrepreneurial programs in a large company. All nominees are expected to have advanced current knowledge in a particular field, through significant research or scientific work in an academic, corporate or technological setting. This award is designed to celebrate and honour a woman who not only inspires others but has also proven herself a leader in her field. Opened to female alumni only, nominees may come from any sector, including business, government, non-profit and academia and should have demonstrated a commitment to the Australia-China community in China. All nominees should have made significant strides and accomplishments in their work life, either in the public or private sector. |

This award celebrates alumni who have made significant accomplishments within a corporate environment across all industry sectors. A nominee’s achievements can span an entire career or can be a single outstanding accomplishment, with outcomes that not only advanced the performance of her or his organization but also developed an internal company culture. It seeks to recognise both established and emerging commercial leaders, all of whom should have been able to demonstrate leadership ability, a flair for her or his field, and a passion for corporate social responsibility. |

This award recognises alumni who have achieved excellence in the Arts and Creative sectors and/or whose efforts promote the understanding and value of artistic and creative endeavours. It seeks to recognize creativity and success in one or more of a variety of fields, including art and design, architecture, fashion design, literature, music, performing arts, advertising, publishing and the creative media. A nominee should have a demonstrated ability to use their creative skills in new and innovative ways, perhaps by working across creative mediums, combining or introducing new concepts into the field, and/or introducing creative concepts into new/unique markets. |
